A longer, more relaxing, traditional Reflexology for the feet or hands which works on an individual basis, and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.  This may help to improve mood and aid sleep, leading to an overall sense of wellbeing.  Take time out from everyday pressures with this non-invasive, relaxing and invigorating technique.  Half-hour up to one hour sessions available.
